Sri Sivani Group of Colleges ,Chilakapalem have got ISO Accreditation during the year 2012.


ISO originated from the union of two organisations – the ISO (International Federation of the National Standardizing Associations) and the UNSCC (United Nations Standard Coordinating Committee).Its objective is to ‘facilitate the international coordination and unification of industrial standards’.


Accreditation is an endorsement of a conformity assessment body’s (CAB's) competence, credibility, independence and integrity in carrying out its conformity assessment activities.ISO’s formal definition of accreditation is “third party attestation related to a conformity assessment body conveying formal demonstration of its competence to carry out specific conformity assessment tasks.
