Students may experience difficulties that affect their academic performance or personal well-being. The counselling system provides a trusted faculty contact who can listen, understand the situation and guide the student towards an appropriate solution.

When required, the counsellor may take the Principal into confidence and seek their help and cooperation in finding a better solution to resolve a student's concern.
